Buying the Future

On October 30th 2017, I teamed up with the Living Faith Church in Port Harcourt to introduce elements of what the World Economic Forum has described as the Fourth Industrial Revolution to the youths.
Many in the audience were hearing terms such as Internet of Things, Cryptocurrency and Cloud for the first time.
The workshop which lasted for a day was a vivid reminder of how many people in Africa are being left behind in the present Global Competitiveness Index.
There is an urgent need for the promotion of technology literacy across sub-Saharan Africa and our job at Africulture GBC through the Ubuntu Project is to advocate for the investment of various agencies, both government and private, in enhancing the technology literacy level even to the grassroots of the African communities.
